So, Heidi and I will be heading out to the Gorge Games this weekend (on the VIP pass natch, I LOVE my job) in Hood River. In addition to all the sports events, there will be a pretty cool sounding festival with live music.
If you’re in the mood, you should head on up there. Should be a good time! If I can hit up an internet cafe, I’ll try and post something about the party.

Wait! What do you do for a living that gets you VIP passes to the Gorge Games?!? I have been all through your blog and I haven’t found it. Alright, I am not the most careful reader, but I remember the Elton John/George Michael duet and your About Me page and, I think, everything else.
Anyway, all that I’m getting at is I am highly qualified to get VIP passes to the Gorge Games. I’m an expert, really, if you want to know the truth. So I want your job.

Still working on the pictures…
So, I work at an outdoor retailer who sells they’re stuff online. Think REI without the stores and you’re pretty close. We specialize in high-end stuff though.
I’d rather not name them lest work folks find this blog on Google. Not that I say anything about work here, I’d just rather not have to explain anything to them.
Anyway, we sell products from Columbia who was one of the big sponsors of the Gorge Games so we scored some free passes.
